On this exercise we go over a complete physique exercise for hockey gamers.

This is the total exercise:

A1: BB entrance squat three x eight with 60 secs relaxation
A2: DB stiff legged deadlift with 1sec pause within the stretched place three x eight with 60 secs relaxation

B1: Incline BB shut grip bench press three x 12 with 60 secs relaxation
B2: Vast pronated grip pull-ups three x eight with 60 secs relaxation

C1: Seated DB energy cleans three x eight with 60 secs relaxation
C2: Inclined incline reverse DB supermans three x eight with 60 secs relaxation

D1: DB farmers stroll three x 30 secs with 60 secs relaxation
D2: Aspect V’s three x 6/facet with 60 secs relaxation

Every letter represents a superset. Though these are supersets, we’ll nonetheless be resting 60 seconds between workouts.
